AIKI MEDITATION
Start with your hands in a prayer position two (2) inches apart,
fingers and thumb tips touching. Next hand position is called yin
and yang. Hands are four (4) inches apart in front of your stomach
and opposing each other with your power hand on top, receiving hand
on bottom. These hand positions grow further apart and rotate as
making a ball of energy.
Take four (4) deep breaths to cleanse lungs. Relax mind. The put
your hands back in the prayer position again. Breathe in good chi,
exhale bad chi.
Believe in your chest there is a bean shaped red ball. Concentrate
on it. Feel its pulse. With each breath, it grows larger and
larger. Now stand with your hands two (2) inches apart. With every
breath the red ball grows bigger and bigger till it is the size of a
basketball.
Now ease the ball out of your chest into your hands and back 2 inches
apart. Rotate hands as to make a ball.
Put hands back into the prayer position and push the ball back into
your chest. Next expand the ball past your body by at least six (6)
feet.
Change the color of the ball from red to orange to yellow to white.
You should now be holding your hands apart and you should be feeling
a charge going between them.
Now is the time to open your third eye. It should feel like a trap
door is opening at the top of your head. Now let the white light
splash out of your head like a fountain filling the room. All hand
movements should stop.
Relax your palms up on your thighs now and take a journey in your
mind. Concentrate on the first good tho8ught or place. To close
down, slowly close your third eye until it is shut and no more white
is emitting out of your head. Slowly shrink your ball down to hand
size and put it back into your chest. Shrink your ball to nothing.
Open your eyes and take five (5) deep breaths. Eat, drink or do some
stretching and you are done. |
